Return Policy
As a client of NEED FOR ME will have the opportunity to return an item ordered under the conditions below.


  Returns Policy:

  1. You can return an item received defective, ask for a refund or replace it with another product.

  2. You can return a product that has the features as described or a different color from the product ordered, in these cases, you can request a refund or replacement with another product.

 

WHAT MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN:

1. If an item has already been used, then it is used, this article can not be returned.

2. If the item has signs resulting from the use, you can not return.

 

Return Process:

1. Please send an email needformewholesale@gmail.com care with which the refund is requested. If you can, directly allegateci images in which the defect is obvious (eg, problems with display).

2. Wait for the email from care and follow the instructions you will receive. 

 

Currently, NEED FOR ME offers the following two shipping options.

If you want us to use another shipping method like FedEx or UPS please contact us right after having ordered.


1. DHL EXPRESS

 

DELIVERY TIME:

3-6 Business Days.


SHIPPING COSTS:

From 24.99 Euro (About 33.76 USD, depending on the daily exchange crate).

Shipping costs get calculated corresponding the total weight of the goods ordered.

Example 1: 1x Mobile Phone: 14.99 Euro
Example 2: 1x Tablet PC 19.99 Euro.

Please consider thet depending on your country, you will pay import taxes which usually are calculated depending on VAT tax.
NEED FOR ME does not refund this costs.



ORDER TRACKING:

Each order gets a unique tracking number. This will be sent to you by email after shipment, so you can track at any time.
Please consider that all tracking numbers due to logistic reasons will be sent to your email the day after the shipment has been passed to DHL.

Track your order online at the DHL website http://www.dhl.com/


DELIVERY:

1. Please make sure that you or a family member is at home, so DHL can deliver your order.

2. If for any reason you cannot be at home, please call you local DHL and notify them about the issue so a delivery can be planned.

3. If DHL will not be able to deliver your goods, the shipment will be sent back to DHL Hong Kong, not to us. In this case there will be no refund made nor will the order be shipped again.


CUSTOMS:

It is your duty to talk to your local customs about the customs process and if necessary , provide the information they need to deliver your shipment.

If the shipment upon tracking shows for 2-3 days "Clearance Delay" or "On Hold", contact your local DHL office.

Usually it is necessary for them to proceed, to send a payment notification. You can simply use the email you received from PayPal after having paid and forward it to DHL.

Please do not forget to incluide your 10-digit tracking ID within this email.

 

 

2. CHINA POST AIRMAIL

 


DELIVERY TIME:

10-15 Business Days.


SHIPPING COSTS:

From 9,99 Euro (about 13.50 USD, depending on the exchange rate)

Currently we only ship accessories with China Post, due to missing insurrance.
